Grafham Tang Soo Do Club offers traditional martial arts training to Grafham and surrounding villages including Brampton, Buckden, Ellington, Perry and Spaldwick.

We are a small, friendly group of children, women and men, from primary school age to 50+, and ranging in ability from beginners to black belts. We are always happy to welcome new members, either as individuals or family groups.
Tang Soo Do is a Korean form of karate that has roots extending back many hundreds of years. Our training involves a wide variety of exercises including stretching, punching, kicking techniques, hand techniques, forms (set patterns of moves), sparring and meditation.
As well as developing self-defence techniques, Tang Soo Do training aims to enhance your total self, including your fitness, self-discipline, confidence, and much more. It is also a great way to meet new people.

Our club is run by Master Chris Carter, who has been studying martial arts since 1974 and is currently a Tang Soo Do 6th Dan black belt. He is one of the most senior instructors in Europe and has wide experience of teaching students of all ages and abilities.
Please visit our web site (www.grafhamtsd.com) and read our blog (www.grafhamtsd.com/blog) for more information. You can telephone Master Carter on 07854 664098 or email contact@grafhamtsd.com. Also, feel free to come and talk to us at one of our training sessions at Grafham Village Hall. We train every Wednesday and Friday from 7:00pm to 8:30pm and you are welcome to join in or to sit and watch. We hope to see you soon.
